1. They're cute but are they practical?
   I have heard numerous testimonials from people who have worn their CHIA HAT while skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, and playing. They are comfortable, very warm and suited for an active lifestyle. Many parents have told me that their child's CHIA HAT is the only hat that stays on, while all others are rejected! The Velcro closure is especially recommended for younger children.
2. Why is there a price difference between the regular and deluxe furs?
   The deluxe furs are considerably more expensive, thicker, longer and a lot more difficult to cut and sew than the regular furs.
3. What size do I wear?
   *returning customers please note: sizes have changed*
   The majority of adult heads fits the MEDIUM size (heads measuring up to 21.5" round). some adults fit in size SMALL (up to 19.5-20" round). size LARGE fits heads up to 23" round. Custom XL hats are available upon request.
4. What size does my child wear?
   Size XS will fit babies with heads measuring less than 16-17" round the temple/ forehead (usually up to 12-18 mos.). Size SMALL fits heads less than 19.5-20" round. If you are unsure on sizing, please send us an email!
5. Is my CHIA HAT washable?
   YES! To help maintain the integrity of the satin lining it is recommended that CHIA HATS are spot-cleaned or hand washed. To spot clean lining around forehead area of your hat- wet towel, add a little mild soap & gently dab area to be cleaned; then lay out to air dry. To wash entire hat, submerge hat in sink filled w/ warm water and mild soap. After washing, gently wring out and dry flat. (was and dry like you would a sweater). When hat is entirely dry, hold the hat by the side flaps and gently beat against your knee to return the hat to its fluffy state. *PLEASE NOTE: TEXTURE OF FAUX FUR MAY CHANGE SOMEWHAT AFTER WASHING. USING A HAIRBRUSH OR COMB ON THE FUR IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
6. Is that REAL fur???
   HELL NO! Faux fur baby!
7. How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
   Although your order will usually arrive sooner, please allow up to two
   weeks from when your order was confirmed.
8. What form of payments do you take?
   I accept credit cards and e-checks thourgh the secure services of PAYPAL.
9. How does chia ship her packages?
   Orders are sent via USPS priority mail. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
